Our Tuesday Tip for this week is to keep track of what your spending this week. Write down all your expenses – make two lists needs and wants. Needs are expenses that are essential ie. rent/mortgage/food/electricity. Wants are expenses that you don’t essentially need but you bought them because you liked it ie. takeaways, home furnishings, new shoes etc.
Go through the wants list and see for this week ahead, what money could you save if you didn’t purchase these ‘wants’.
