However our first stop would be to make sure your company actually requires an audit – as we do not want you to incur unnecessary audit charges.

The current audit exempt requirements which are derived from Company Law are set out on the Companies Registration Office website.

On establishing that there is an audit requirement we will tailor, plan and execute our audit to suit your business.

We will provide the shareholders of the company with a detailed audit report.

We will work with you to improve the overall financial reporting process and help you to better understand your business. We consider it our job to inform our clients of any regulatory, accounting or financial changes that will affect their business.
