Going through the PIA can be a bit stressful but all the staff in Hendy & Co. were excellent. They helped us through all the stages of the process
keeping us updated with what was happening and they dealt promptly with any questions and queries that we had. Hendy & Co did all the negotiations with the bank and we now have a legal agreement in place which is a huge relief. If anyone is in difficulty with their financial institution, we would recommend going through the PIA to get a solution to the problem, and we would highly recommend Hendy & Co as the company to use to get a resolution to your situation.
